About the Role
- Develop and align business design strategies with overall organisational goals
- To identify and proactively manage risk, ensuring that mitigation plans are developed and reviewed regularly
- Collaborate with product managers and product owners to ensure that solutions align with overall product strategy and goals
- Work directly with customers to understand future strategy and alignment to product development
About You
- You will have a proven track record of working in an operational or transformational role where you have looked at business change, process/product design or business architecture type activities
- You will have a background working in the energy sector or similar so that you have experienced or understand our customer base
- You will have experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
