Life @ Correla

We don’t have people policies at Correla. We expect our people to be accountable for their own performance, and to behave in the best interests of customers and colleagues alike; to use good judgement and do what’s right for Correla.

Attracting the brightest minds

We want to attract and retain the best, diverse talent in order to create an exciting, innovative, and forward-thinking working environment that delivers great results for our customers, as well as giving our people rewarding careers.

Performance Management

We don’t use performance ratings in our discussions, our focus is on the conversations, not any numbers. There is no annual appraisal or objective setting. We use Objectives and Key Results, that are discussed and regularly monitored.

Innovation is in our DNA

Our core behaviours are our organisational DNA. They shape our culture and how we interreact with one another to drive great performance. They keep us focused on our core strategy and goals, providing a clear line of sight to identify strengths and development opportunities.

The Core Four will help us achieve our strategy by underpinning our direction of travel. They provide a clear line of sight to identify strengths and development opportunities. They shape our culture and how we work with one another – they are our DNA.

They determine the way we should work to achieve great performance.

Menopause Support

Menopause Support

Menopause is a near-universal experience for women and some transgender, non-binary and intersex people. We start from the position that everyone can be affected by menopause. We often hear the phrase ‘menopause affects half the population’. But it affects us all. Some first hand, some through relationships, maybe a partner, family member, friend or colleague. This is an inclusive subject everyone needs to know about. We aim to make menopause as normal to talk about as any other conversation.
