Correla are looking for a Business Analyst Team Lead to join Managed Services.

About the Role:
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement
- Own the requirements gathering process directing and managing the team for Small and Medium changes whilst taking the lead for larger changes.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications for design and build teams.
- Support impact assessments for contractual and regulatory change routes.
- Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, developers, testers, and external partners
- Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the change lifecycle.
- Drive the quality of Business Analysis deliverables through effective leadership, mentoring, providing constructive feedback and development support.
About You
- You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- You will have excellent communication and facilitation skills
- You will have the ability to structure and document complex processes in a clear, concise way.
- You will have excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- You will be able to adapt and shift priorities.
- You will be proficient in tools such as Azure DevOps, Excel, MS Visio or modelling techniques.
- You will have strong leadership skills
