Correla are looking for a Business Analyst Team Lead to join Managed Services.

 

Salary: circa £65k (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria)

About the Role:

 

  • Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement
  • Own the requirements gathering process directing and managing the team for Small and Medium changes whilst taking the lead for larger changes.
  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications for design and build teams.
  • Support impact assessments for contractual and regulatory change routes.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, developers, testers, and external partners
  • Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Drive the quality of Business Analysis deliverables through effective leadership, mentoring, providing constructive feedback and development support.

About You

  • You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • You will have excellent communication and facilitation skills 
  • You will have the ability to structure and document complex processes in a clear, concise way.
  • You will have excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • You will be able to adapt and shift priorities.
  • You will be proficient in tools such as Azure DevOps, Excel, MS Visio or modelling techniques.
  • You will have strong leadership skills
