About the Role
- Design, build, and deliver complex software solutions that address customer needs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and quality.
- Set a high standard for software quality by implementing advanced testing strategies, driving code reviews, and advocating best practices in development.
- Support the growth of junior and mid-level engineers through coaching, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
- Identify opportunities to adopt new tools, frameworks, and practices to improve efficiency and future-proof our solutions.
- Take ownership of building and maintaining robust, observable systems with strong SLAs to ensure high availability and performance.
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and peers, ensuring effective communication and alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
- Contribute to system design and architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with our long-term technical strategy and scalability goals.
About You
- You will have technical Expertise working in Next.js, Typescript, React (Native),Supabase, PostgreSQL and Vercel.
- You will have experience with deployment platforms like Vercel, and Kubernetes, and version control using GitHub.
- You will be able to integrate AI/LLM tooling into product features to support and enhance the user experience and automation capability of the platform.
- You will have the ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimise complex applications for high performance and scalability.
- You will have experience working in Agile environments with excellent teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills.
- You will ideally have a background or understanding of thermal and mechanical engineering.
