Correla are looking for a ServiceNow Scrum Master to join our team on a 6-month Secondment.

About the Role

  • You will facilitate a stable and self-organised development team, ensuring that issues are identified, and subsequent blockers removed.
  • You will streamline and support the delivery flow, maintaining a focused effort and facilitating the supporting ceremonies, ensuring that the team is empowered to structure their delivery in the most optimum way.
  • You will ensure a smooth experience when utilising ServiceNow as a product by ensuring that development teams are focused on delivery via the related agile ceremonies.
  • You will ensure a seamless journey for customers by providing the data regarding the velocity and potential constraints of the team so that the Product Lead can ensure that the team is right sized for delivery.

About you

  • You will also have utilising across agile methodologies.
  • You will have experience running ceremony facilitation
  • You will have experience with planning, forecasting, decision making and conflict resolution
