About the Role
- Solution Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Provide expertise in developing scalable and sustainable solutions that align with business requirements.
- Platform Development: Design and develop advanced custom solutions, including complex workflows, business rules, and integrations, ensuring the use of best practices in ServiceNow development.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the ServiceNow development team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide and influence the technical direction of ServiceNow initiatives.
- Customisation and Configuration: Oversee the customisation and configuration of ServiceNow modules, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, performance, and security.
- Integration Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive integration strategy for ServiceNow, working closely with other IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with various enterprise systems and applications. 6. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform. Implement best practices for system tuning, troubleshooting, and performance improvements
About You
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules, scripting, workflows, and business rules.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations with external systems.
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent certifications.
- Ownership for guiding and mentoring development teams.
- Understanding of Scrum Agile development process
- Demonstrative experience of delivering integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
