Correla are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our Client Operations team.

 

Salary: circa £55k (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria)

About the Role

 

  • Solution Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Provide expertise in developing scalable and sustainable solutions that align with business requirements.
  • Platform Development: Design and develop advanced custom solutions, including complex workflows, business rules, and integrations, ensuring the use of best practices in ServiceNow development. 
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the ServiceNow development team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide and influence the technical direction of ServiceNow initiatives. 
  • Customisation and Configuration: Oversee the customisation and configuration of ServiceNow modules, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, performance, and security. 
  • Integration Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive integration strategy for ServiceNow, working closely with other IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with various enterprise systems and applications. 6. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform. Implement best practices for system tuning, troubleshooting, and performance improvements

 

About You

 

  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules, scripting, workflows, and business rules. 
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations with external systems. 
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices. 
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent certifications. 
  • Ownership for guiding and mentoring development teams. 
  • Understanding of Scrum Agile development process 
  • Demonstrative experience of delivering integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
