Life friendly flexibility

Life friendly flexibility

At Correla, you can be yourself and that includes working in a way that allows you to do your best work. We recognise that work is part of life, and what happens outside work matters too. Our flexible ways of working give you more choice in how you work. We don't mandate a certain number of days per week in the office. There really is that flexibility, for the most part, on where, when and how you work. But there are times when we will come together in person and, at those times, we expect you to be there with us. It's part of the give and get between you and Correla. That flexibility is also reflected in our approach to holiday, compassionate, carer and bereavement leave.
