As Customer Operations Team Leader you will be the centre of excellence for all things related to processes giving customers first class support and to manage, motivate and organise the team to ensure all our Data Services Contract obligations relating to our portfolio of deliverables are met. You will also continually enhance the completeness, accuracy and efficiency of our processes and reduce or remove the queries and issues of our customers.
The role will be on the SPA / RGMA Team leading the Telephone Contact Team and supporting the wider SPA / RGMA team.
