Correla are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our Marketing team.

 

Salary: £60,000 (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria)

About the Role

 

  • Plan, launch, and optimise multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid media, email, SEO, webinars, and social channels.
  • Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle—ideation, audience targeting, messaging, content coordination, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Develop offers, assets, and calls-to-action that align with buyer personas and journey stages.
  • Drive top-of-funnel activity to grow marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
  • Partner with sales to ensure lead quality, optimise lead scoring, and enhance conversion paths.
  • Continuously test and improve lead capture mechanisms, landing pages, forms, gating strategies.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, sales, and design teams to develop campaign assets and ensure message-market fit.
  • Manage campaign budgets, negotiate with vendors, and evaluate technology tools for lead generation.
  • Track spend and performance across paid platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Set clear KPIs and use dashboards to monitor campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

 

About You

 

  • Proven experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in SaaS or Tech
  • Hands-on experience with Google PMax, Meta, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot
  • Strong funnel understanding and a testing/optimisation mindset
