About us

In March 2021, Correla was created, as an independently owned business to bring in private investment to fuel innovation in the centre of the energy market and beyond.

Correla is derived from correlation, because we’re all about exploring and enhancing relationships between data, people, and processes. Our SaaS products and Managed Service solutions combine to power industry innovation, simplify an increasingly complex market, and deliver cost and operational efficiencies.

Our goal is to support industry transformation, to move to a net-zero future and to positively impact the end-consumer.

Team Purpose

Give every heating professional the confidence to design, size and sign-off air-source-heat-pump systems in minutes, not days—meeting MCS and CIBSE standards first time and accelerating the UK’s switch to low-carbon heating.

About the Role

  • Guide first installs — join installers on their first site surveys, help them gather data, and walk them through their first Aireo calculation end-to-end.
  • Teach the product — run short screen-share sessions, record quick demo videos, and keep the help-centre snippets up to date.
  • Collect the “voice of the installer” — log every pain-point and share it with Design, Product and Engineering so each release removes friction.
  • Regional ambassador — cover a cluster of counties, build relationships with distributors, turn early adopters into local champions.
  • Audit ally — explain what evidence an installer needs for MCS sign-off and flag edge cases to the in-house standards team.

About You

  • Recent BEng/MEng (or HND) in Building-Services, Mechanical Engineering.
  • Comfortable on site (PPE) and on video calls; confident written and spoken English.
  • Full UK driving licence and a car you’re happy to use for work (mileage paid).
  • Genuine interest in low-carbon heating and a knack for explaining technical concepts in plain language.

What we offer

  • Locate for your day
  • Uncapped annual leave
  • 6-12% Pension Contribution
  • Private Healthcare
  • 26 weeks’ full pay equal parent leave
  • Wellbeing Services
  • And more!
