Correla are looking for a Head of Delivery to join our Managed Service Change team.
Salary: circa £85,000 (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria)

About the Role:
- Act as the ultimate accountable owner for agile change outcomes and commercial performance
- Define, own and maintain a single, integrated Gemini change and commercial roadmap, aligned to Correla strategy and financial objectives
- Own and govern financial planning, forecasting and reporting
- Produce and present regular performance reports to senior leadership
- Enforce existing change and commercial governance, standards, controls and decision-making frameworks
- Sponsor, assure and challenge delivery across the full change lifecycle, ensuring initiatives are desirable, viable, feasible and sustainable
- Own cross-system dependencies, risks and impacts with the UKLink change team
- Act as the primary senior interface for Gemini change with National Gas
About You
- You will demonstrate end-to-end ownership of outcomes, not just activity
- You will hold partners to account for performance, risk, cost and quality
- You will use suppliers as an extension of capability while retaining clear ownership and control
- Experience of owning budgets, forecasts interfacing with finance
- You will be able to build credibility quickly with clients, senior stakeholders and delivery teams
- You will have experience navigating competing priorities and be able to resolve conflict constructively
- You will ensure transparency, assurance and control
- You will have the ability to maintains relentless focus on measurable outcomes, delivery processes and quality
- You will use data and insight to track progress and adjust direction
