Correla are looking for a Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager to join our Marketing team.

About the Role
- Build and maintain the marketing tech stack, ensuring tools are effectively integrated and aligned to team needs (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms).
- Design and implement scalable systems and processes to support campaign planning, execution, and measurement.
- Manage data quality and governance, including contact hygiene, segmentation logic, and lead lifecycle tracking.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into campaign performance, marketing KPIs, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and RevOps to ensure smooth lead handoffs, accurate attribution, and alignment on goals.
- Support campaign execution by ensuring correct tracking, UTM structure, and reporting mechanisms are in place.
- Conduct performance analysis to uncover insights, identify trends, and recommend optimizations for programs and processes.
- Drive operational efficiency by identifying gaps, automating workflows, and implementing best practices across the team.
About You
- Demonstrable experience in marketing ops or RevOps, ideally in B2B/SaaS
- Deep understanding of HubSpot
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data tools
- Process improvement experience and ability to build from scratch
