Correla are looking for a UX/UI Designer on a 8 Months FTC to form a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and the journeys they take, then designing solutions that reduce customer effort.

About the Role
You will work with product and platform owners to deliver consistent, intuitive experiences across our digital estate by identifying new ways of doing things by designing out new solutions.
You will developing a deep understanding of ways to improve customer journeys through workshops and customer pain points.
You will identify new features/concepts and design the end-to-end workflows, mock ups and visual solutions required to communicate the concept to stakeholders that will improve the customer experience.
About You
- You will have a background in digital content design
- You will have a proven track record of managing key stakeholder relationships
- You will have experience of user-centered design practices.
