Correla are looking for a UX/UI Designer on a 8 Months FTC to form a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and the journeys they take,  then designing solutions that reduce customer effort.

 

Salary: c£58,000

About the Role

  • You will work with product and platform owners to deliver consistent, intuitive experiences across our digital estate by identifying new ways of doing things by designing out new solutions.

  • You will developing a deep understanding of ways to improve customer journeys through workshops and customer pain points.

  • You will identify new features/concepts and design the end-to-end workflows, mock ups and visual solutions required to communicate the concept to stakeholders that will improve the customer experience.

About You

  • You will have a background in digital content design
  • You will have a proven track record of managing key stakeholder relationships
  • You will have experience of user-centered design practices.
