Correla are looking for a Product Designer to join our SaaS Engineering team.

 

Salary: circa £60,000 (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria)

About the Role

  • Own the end-to-end design of assigned product features from discovery through to post release optimisation. 
  • Define user journeys, workflows, and interaction patterns that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned to Correla's design system and product strategy. 
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate problems, assumptions, and design decisions. 
  • Produce high quality wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that enable efficient and confident engineering delivery. 
  • Champion consistency, accessibility, and continuous improvement through effective use of the design system

About You

  • Understands commercial drivers, customer value, and technical constraints, and designs with long-term product scalability in mind. 
  • Demonstrates strong experience designing complex, workflow driven SaaS products, within both B2B and B2C environments. 
  • Designs scalable information architecture and interaction models across modular or multi product platforms. 
  • Plans and conducts effective discovery, user research, and usability testing to inform design decisions. 
  • Creates high-quality wireframes and interactive prototypes using modern design tools and component libraries. 
  • Collaborates confidently with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders, clearly articulating design rationale and trade-offs. 
  • Uses analytics, experimentation, and AI enabled tools to inform decisions and improve design efficiency.
