Correla are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team on a 6-month Secondment.

About the Role

  • You will  be responsible for the capturing of requirements in the form of epics & stories with the associated acceptance criteria ready for ServiceNow development.
  • You will organise and lead workshops to investigate, analyse and understand business problems taking into consideration organisation, people, process, information, data, and technology.
  • You will work with the Product Lead and development team they will identify where ServiceNow can be utilised to address these problems and capture the requirements for development.

  • You will have demonstrated experience in process analysis and improvement
  • You will be an excellent communicator and be able to manage stakeholder relationships both internal and external
  • You will be highly adaptable and have excellent attention to detail
