Correla are looking for a Test Analyst to join our SaaS Engineering Team

About the Role:
- Requirement Analysis: review and analysis functional and nonfunctional requirements to understand the systems behaviour and scope of testing.
- Test Case Design: Able to develop detailed, reusable test cases and scripts for both manual and automation.
- Functional, and Nonfunctional Testing: Able to conduct comprehensive functional testing (UI, APIS, workflows) executing and writing test scripts to perform verification and validation of requirements.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with developers, product managers to clarify requirements, triage defects and ensure customer-centric testing.
- User Acceptance Testing: Working with stakeholders and end-users to define and execute UAT scenarios. Provide necessary support to address user concerns during testing.
About You
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Able to understand complex systems, identify test scenarios and investigate issues to determine root causes.
- Understanding of Data Analytics: Experience with data tools such as Power BI or SQL
- Proficiency in Test Design and Execution: Able to write effective test cases ensuring thorough coverage of functionalities.
- Attention to Detail: Spotting subtle defects or inconsistencies in system behaviour is critical for delivering a high-quality product.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile and DevOps Processes: Experience of methodologies like Agile and DevOps to ensure continuous testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Qualification in Testing would be desirable but not mandatory: ISTQB certification.
