The role of Change Quality Assurance Lead (12 month FTC) is to be responsible for** assuring the quality** of changes made within the organization. Monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of changes made and will work closely with the relevant departments to ensure that all changes are delivered to the highest quality standards. Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and assure that changes meet their requirements. Evaluate the effectiveness of change management processes and recommend improvements to quality where necessary.
Salary c£45,000-£50,000 (depending on experience) and informal flexible agile/remote working.
