Correla are looking for a Director of Client Change Governance to join our team.

 

Salary: circa £100K (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria)

About the Role

 

*       Act as the primary interface for all client changes and requests

*       Ensure that all changes received are of necessary quality, align with business contracts, service agreements, and strategic priorities and align with other requests from the client.

*       Implement and lead robust change control processes,

*       Implement and lead partnerships through defined governance and ways of working with Correla’s SaaS business and Managed Service Operations teams

*       Maintain oversight of third-party technology providers (including our own SaaS business unit where applicable)

*       Work closely with Change Delivery and Client Operations as peer functions to ensure seamless handovers and clear accountabilities.

*       Lead quality assurance assessments, compliance checks, and governance reviews for all change programs

*       Oversee key decision points in the change lifecycle to ensure quality and risk mitigation by leading a robust PMO activity.

*       Define testing strategies, validation processes, and stakeholder sign-off procedures.

*       Ensure all change programs deliver measurable business value and meet predefined success criteria.

*       Provide C-suite and board-level reporting

 

About You

 

*       You will have proven experience in change management governance within a managed services, IT, or regulated environment.

*       You will have strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess chargeability and ensure accurate invoicing

*       You will have a strong background in client-facing roles, particularly in change assurance and contract alignment.

*       You will have expertise in governance frameworks, risk management, and strategic reporting.

*       You will have previous experience working with SaaS and cloud-based services.

*       You will have expertise in stage-gate governance, and benefit realisation methodologies.

*       You will show strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive continuous improvement.
