Correla are looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join our Commercial Team.
Salary: circa £49,500 (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria)

About the Role
To work collaboratively with the Finance Business Partner and senior business stakeholders to develop and support financial strategies aligned to Correla’s five year strategic plan
To work as an effective conduit between finance and operations, playing a pivotal role by providing the financial analysis and expertise necessary for effective and informed decision making.
To 'own' the monthly reporting process for your business area, engaging with key stakeholders to understand variance to forecast and assist with optimising overall business performance.
Reporting into the Finance Business Partner, you will develop strong relationships with the operations team, supporting strategic initiatives and investment appraisals to drive business growth.
Develop financial models to support forecasting; and assist in the preparation of business cases for new investment opportunities.
About You
- Excellent relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis, including relevant software (Excel, SAP)
- Commercial acumen and the ability to connect financial metrics to business performance
- Experience of balancing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines
- Able to evidence first-hand understanding / contribution in the monthly management accounting cycle
- CCAB qualified or studying towards qualification may be advantageous (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Relevant experience within a specialist accountancy / financial analyst role within a commercial enterprise is essential
