Correla are looking for Portfolio Finance & Scheduling Lead to join our Portfolio Services Team.


Salary: c£40,000 - £50,000 (dependant on experience)

Job Type: 12-month FTC

About the Role

  • You will ensure a consistent approach to financial control is adopted across the Portfolio, by Change Development and Delivery teams.

  • You will look produce accurate Portfolio Performance Reports across a range of portfolio services and support preparation of presentation meeting packs 

  • You will co-ordinate project plans with stakeholders to ensure that projects are properly resourced and scheduled for delivery to achieve key milestones to plan dates

  • You will maintain the Portfolio Plan, carry out regular updates and reviews to identify any risks, issues and interdependencies impacting the Portfolio highlighting to key Stakeholders via the appropriate reporting channel


About You

  • You will have experience managing project or portfolio finances, benefit management and change control.
  • You will be experienced in consolidated planning, resource management and supplier management.
  • You will be confident in reporting and be able to translate data across Excel and Powerpoint
  • You will have experience and be confident discussing financials with internal and external stakeholders
