Correla are looking for a Professional Services Management Consultant to join our Managed Service team.

 

Salary c£90,000.

About the Role

 

  • Client Understanding: Grasp the business needs of clients and their customers to provide tailored solutions.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with Correla Subject Matter Experts to diagnose client problems and develop commercially viable solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Establish high-quality relationships at all levels within clients that drive ongoing value and improved client and end user satisfaction..
  • Collaborative Design: Work across Correla to design organisational and operational solutions, responding to tenders and other leads with high-quality, compelling propositions.
  • Market Strategy: Input into market change strategy leveraging insights from subject matter experts, fostering a curiosity mindset to understand how a range of different market and industry dynamics including market codes and

 

 

About you

  • Professional Services Experience: Experience in commoditizing subject matter expertise to leverage customer and Correla value.
  • Consultancy Experience: Significant contributions to client transformation projects in the Energy and/or Utility sectors.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Ability to understand evolving sector regulation and market trends to assist clients in developing new business models, justifications for change, and future strategies and recommendations.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify and solve complex problems in highly complex regulated environments, leading end-to-end solution implementation.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead project teams, including both client and consultant members, to deliver significant customer outcomes and generate real change.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication skills to engage with various client and customer stakeholder groups, articulating complex subject matter in a clear and digestible manner for multiple audiences.
  • Flexibility and adaptability: Positive, ‘can-do’ mindset to deliver solutions for clients, no matter how complex the problems.
  • Commercial Proposals: Proven ability to pull together robust ‘win-win’ commercial proposals that maximise value for clients and Correla.
